Experience
Pauline brings more than 15 years of expertise in audit, domestic listing exercise and advisory work. Her client portfolio spans a diverse spectrum, ranging from small local entrepreneurs to large multinational companies, as well as companies listed on the Malaysia Stock Exchange. Her industry exposure encompasses manufacturing and trading, retail, securities, plantation, construction and property development, information technology, among others.
Pauline also undertaken listing exercise and corporate exercises varying from merger & acquisition including reverse take over, domestic based initial public offering as well as involving the review of profit/cashflow forecast and preparation of Accountants’ Report.
By working with Grant Thornton in Malaysia, she has gained much valuable knowledge and skills, thus providing her with the necessary perspective to better assist her clients in meeting their needs and expectations in an ever expanding market place.
