Geoffrey has led numerous insolvency appointments whether formally in receivership and liquidation assignments as well as informally in the provision of insolvency advisory roles spanning various sectors.

Amongst the projects Geoffrey advised are:

• Leading as well as being involved in various investigative reviews for government agencies, corporations and financial institutions on a variety issues
• Leading and involved in numerous corporate receivership, debt restructuring exercises as well as liquidation of listed and private entities in various industries and sectors
• Leading and involved in various independent monitoring roles as well as business reviews
• Acted as the key liaison on client’s behalf during tribunal proceedings of matters involving fraud and misappropriation of cargo shipments
• Advised on transactional diligence, strategic and operational reviews

Geoffrey also serves as an active member on the Malaysian Institute of Accountants Insolvency Practice Sub-Committee.
