Experience
Foo has more than twenty five (25) years of experience in audit and assurance, listing and business advisory work. She handles both local and international companies covering a broad spectrum of industries like manufacturing, trading, banking, hotel, aquaculture, construction, property development, oil and gas, concession, non-profit organisation, government agency, information technology and many more.
Foo has undertaken audits for companies listed on the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and has also been involved in due diligence review, listing exercise (Main Market, ACE Market and LEAP Market) and corporate exercise varying from acquisition, domestic or foreign base initial public offering as well as involving the review of profit/cashflow forecast and preparation of accountants’ report and other reports for submission to the Securities Commission/Bursa Malaysia and inclusion in prospectus and circulars.
