Experience
Chan Tuck Keong has accumulated more than 19 years of professional experience in tax compliance, tax consultancy, tax incentives, and specializing in transfer pricing.
Chan possesses extensive TP experience with respect to documentation, controversy, planning and operational transfer pricing involving various industries such as manufacturing, electronics, logistics, agriculture, mining, property development, education, mining and others. Chan has also represented clients in negotiations with the Malaysia tax authority during TP audits.
Chan currently serves as a committee member of the Transfer Pricing Sub-Committee of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM).
