Experience
Antony brings more than 19 years of expertise in audit, investigation, domestic or foreign-based listing exercise and advisory work. His client portfolio spans a diverse spectrum, ranging from small local entrepreneurs to large multinational companies, as well as companies listed on the Malaysia Stock Exchange and Overseas Stock Exchange. His industry exposure encompasses general manufacturing and trading, oil & gas, pharmaceutical and healthcare, retail, securities, plantation, aquaculture, construction and property development, government agency, information technology, among others.
Antony has also undertaken due diligence review, special investigation, listing exercise and corporate exercises varying from merger & acquisition, domestic or foreign-based initial public offering as well as involving the review of profit/cashflow forecast and preparation of Accountants’ Report.
In his professional role, Antony has conducted peer reviews of Grant Thornton member firms abroad. Furthermore, he served as a panellist at the MIA International Conference 2024 and leads the Independent Auditors’ Team for the Sinchew Business Excellence Award.
