Experience

Chen Yong has ample experience in audit and assurance. He handles both local and international companies from various diversified industries, such as property development, manufacturing, trading and construction.

Chen Yong has also been involved in the audit for companies listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and has been involved in due diligence review and corporate exercise engagements of initial public offerings, review profit/cash flows forecast, preparation of Accountants’ Report and other reports for submission to the Securities Commission and inclusion in prospectus and circulars.
