Experience
Yi Jin has ample of experiences in audit, listing and business advisory work. He handles both local and international companies from various diversified industries, such as manufacturing, construction, trading, plantation, professional services organisation and etc.
Yi Jin has also been involved in the audit for companies listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and has been involved in due diligence review and corporate exercise engagements of initial public offerings, review cash flows forecast, preparation of Accountants’ Report and other reports for submission to the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and inclusion in prospectus and circulars.
By working with Grant Thornton in Malaysia, Yi Jin has gained much valuable knowledge and skills, thus providing him with the necessary perspective to better assist him clients in meeting their needs and expectations in an ever expanding marketplace.
